The Defining ME™ Campaign

Defining Me™ is about beginning your journey to finding your authentic self away from the eating disorder.  Our intention with this movement is to encourage you to begin to be curious and want to learn more about who you are without the identity of an eating disorder and begin to answer questions like, “What am I passionate about?”  “What do I enjoy doing?” “What is my favorite color?” We believe this journey will be filled with laughter, emotion, vulnerability, acceptance, and love.

Let’s make the recovery process from an eating disorder an empowering, colorful, and perfectly imperfect journey of self-discovery.  We want to encourage you to begin to try doing things that has nothing to do with the eating disorder and everything to do with activities to help you learn more about yourself.
