Primary Clinician
Primarily responsible for the direction of care of patients in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), as part of interdisciplinary team. Provides individual therapy, case management, group therapy, treatment planning, ensures implementation of the treatment plan in all aspects of programming and plans for a smooth transition and discharge from treatment. Responsible to document all treatment processes. In addition to the PHP caseload, provider will maintain a part-time outpatient caseload.
Minimum Experience:
1. Licensed as LCSW, LP, LMFT or LPC; Master’s degree or Ph.D. in behavioral health field.
2. Experience working individually and in groups with eating disordered clients.
3. Clinical conceptualization of the treatment of eating disorders and dual diagnosis.
4. Good oral and written communication skills.
5. Clinical leadership skills.
6. Treatment orientation that aligns with that of EDCD.

Milieu Therapist
Eating Disorder Center of Denver always accepts resumes for a on-call Milieu Therapists. Primary responsibilities include milieu management, education and group/meal therapy within our Partial Hospitalization Program and the Evening Intensive Outpatient Program. Previous experience treating eating disorders and/or residential treatment center experience is strongly preferred. Master's degree in behavioral health or related field required. Internships
Eating Disorder Center of Denver has filled our clinical internship positions for the entire year of 2010. Volunteers
Due to the specialty and sensitivity of the type of services we provide, Eating Disorder Center of Denver does not utilize volunteers in its clinical operations. While we often have individuals who want to volunteer their time, the confidentiality of our patients and the quality of their care is our first priority. Patient care is provided by trained staff members of Eating Disorder Center of Denver. Occasionally, volunteers may assist with non-clinical operations as appropriate.
