Alicia Goffredi, PSYD
Alicia Goffredi has worked with both Eating Disorders and women’s health issues since her time as an undergraduate student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. During her time at CU Boulder, Alicia worked on research specifically about the treatment of eating disorders and provided preventative training for incoming freshman. Dr. Goffredi earned her PsyD from the University of Denver in 2012, where she specialized in eating disorders, trauma, and anxiety disorders. She completed her pre-doctoral training at the University of Denver counseling center with a focus in eating disorders and her post-doctoral training at an intensive outpatient program in Boulder, Colorado. As a primary therapist at the Eating Disorder Center of Denver, Dr. Goffredi respectfully and collaboratively works with patients to explore the unique function of their eating disorder. She aims to create a new level of self-awareness and self-acceptance and facilitates engagement in committed action to help individuals find a more authentic way of interacting in their lives. Dr. Goffredi is a licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado. She is also a native of the state and enjoys all outdoor activities involving the mountains.
