Karis Lambert, MA
Admissions Assessment Clinician
Karis graduated from Colorado State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She then continued her education at the University of Denver and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. As a part of her studies, Karis had the pleasure of working with adolescents at a high school, older adults in an assisted living facility, and adults struggling with various addictions in a rehabilitation center. Karis has been working in the field of eating disorders since 2014 as a Milieu therapist and an Admissions Clinician. As an Admissions Clinician at the Eating Disorder Center of Denver, Karis understands that seeking help for an eating disorder can often be a difficult and unknown process. She works to create a non-judgmental atmosphere as she partners with individuals to help them begin their journey to recovery. In her time outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and playing with her dog.
