Zach earned his Bachelors of Culinary Nutrition from Johnson and Wales University in Denver Colorado. While going to school he worked as the Su-Chef for EDC Denver for one year. After he earned his bachelor’s degree he moved to St. Louis and interned with the St. Louis Rams. After his Internship he moved back to Denver to work with the Denver Broncos and now works with them part time. Zach has come back to EDC Denver to be the full time Executive Chef. Zach has a wide variety of culinary and nutritional counseling when working with patients with eating disorders and working with professional athletes. In his free time he enjoys experimenting with new foods and different cooking techniques and also enjoys being outside.
