Kelly Hughes, LMSW, LCSW
Kelly believes that in order for change to occur, it is important to build a strong relationship between individuals and treatment providers. She fosters these relationships by helping her clients identify personal strengths and build self -acceptance while supporting them as they face challenges in their lives. As a clinician, Kelly is experienced in helping individuals learn to use healthy coping skills when faced with stress, trauma, difficult relationships, loss, or a psychiatric diagnosis. Kelly received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas in May 2011 and her Bachelor’s in psychology from DePaul University in May 2009. Kelly is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in Kansas and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri. Kelly is a native of Kansas City and enjoys cheering for local sports teams, the arts, and exploring all that the city has to offer.
