Shelby Hall, MA
Shelby Hall believes the path to recovery is a journey, and as a therapist, she feels privileged to walk alongside patients who are on this path – all the while guiding them toward internal acceptance. She is passionate about helping patients explore their life experiences and move to a place of fulfillment and peace. Shelby also enjoys leading group therapy sessions, having seen the positive outcomes that patients realize after being part of such a “community.” Her previous experience includes both residential and outpatient care, specifically for those struggling with body image issues and the behaviors that often accompany these issues, such as eating disorders, drug and/or alcohol abuse, self-harming behaviors, post-traumatic stress, social alienation, depression and anxiety. Shelby received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, and her Master of Arts degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University.
